• Established the first Department of Clinical Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation in Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Delhi.
• Over 25 years of teaching experience in Medicine & Haematology; recognized examiner for MBBS, MD & DNB (Medicine), DM (Clinical Haematology), and PhD in various universities in India.
